Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may request that we stop sharing their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and may request access to or deletion of the information we hold.
How to submit a request
- Email support@trybathroom.us with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include the first name, last name, email address, phone number and ZIP code you submitted.
- State which request you are making: opt out, access, correction or deletion.
What happens next
We verify requests using the contact details on file and respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where permitted. Opt-out requests do not require verification of identity, but we may need enough information to locate your records.
Already matched with contractors?
If your request has already been shared with contractors or marketing partners, you must also contact those companies directly to have your information removed from their systems. You may ask us for a list of the partners your request was shared with.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you. We may still contact you to confirm the request.
Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these privacy rights.
