Our role
Bath Remodel Specialists is a lead referral service. We are not a contractor, do not perform bathroom remodeling work, and do not guarantee the work, licensing, pricing, availability or conduct of any contractor you are matched with. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the contractor.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States, and the phone number and email you submit must belong to you.
Consent to communications
By submitting the form, you agree to be contacted by us and up to four matched contractors and marketing partners at the phone number and email address provided, including through automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and SMS, even if your number is listed on any Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. We may refuse, verify or remove submissions that appear fraudulent, automated or incomplete.
No warranties
The site and matching service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from work performed by, or interactions with, a matched contractor.
Intellectual property
All content, branding and design on this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Government program disclaimer
Our contractor network does NOT participate in, or have any affiliation with, free or government assistance programs, grants or rebates.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
